Welcome to EUNOIA by Emily. By purchasing our products or using our website, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Made-to-Order & Custom Production

  • Every single item we create is uniquely handcrafted and custom made-to-order.
  • Our standard turnaround time is approximately 3-5 weeks. This is an estimate, and production times may vary depending on current order volumes.
  • Because of the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and materials may occur and are a natural part of the unique design process.
2. Sizing, Measurements, & Revisions

  • ou are entirely responsible for providing accurate measurements or choosing the correct size based on our size guide at the time of purchase.
  • If your item arrives and has sizing issues, please contact us directly within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly amend the design to correct the fit.
3. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

  • Because all items are custom-built to individual specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
  • ou may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once materials have been cut or production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • If an item is being sent back to us to be amended for size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
5. Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment is required upfront before production begins on any custom order.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices, production timelines, or terms at any time without prior notice.
