Shipping policy

Thank you for your order!
Because everything we create is custom made-to-order, your shipping timeline consists of two parts: production time (making your item) and transit time (delivery by the carrier).
1. Delivery Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Once your custom item is completed and packaged, it will be shipped using the following premium tracked services:
  • UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Shipped via DHL Air Express. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days worldwide, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include our initial production turnaround time.
2. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail or DHL tracking number. You will be able to track your journey step-by-step.
3. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders shipped via DHL, the recipient is the importer of record. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. EUNOIA by Emily is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot predict what they might be.
4. Sizing Amendments & Return Shipping

If you are sending an item back to us to have the design amended for size, please note:
  • The customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back to our studio.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
